Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Clean Earth Project would like to keep our customers happy with their purchases. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we accept replacement within 30 days period. You can exchange for different design or other item with a total cost of the original purchase provided you pay for all the shipping fees including return and replacement. Please note that items should be in good condition and in its original packaging to be considered for replacement.

Damaged Product

We ensure we provide you the best quality of products but if you receive damaged items please take a picture of the product and email to support@cleanearthproj.com within 24 hours after receipt of the product.

We will send you a form you will fill up and the return instructions. The buyer should be able to ship back to us the damaged product for inspection within 10 days. Unfortunately, the return shipment will be covered by the buyer. Once the item is received and approved for replacement, we will ship you the new one without additional cost. If the buyer wishes to refund instead, we will return the payment within 7-10 banking days upon approval of refund.
