We use the following shipping options to deliver your orders:

Gogo Xpress: All items are shipped through Gogo Xpress. For rates and shipping durations, please visit their website: https://www.gogoxpress.com/pricing/.

Pick-up Delivery via Lalamove or Grab: For same-day delivery within Metro Manila, pick-up via Lalamove or Grab is also available. Delivery fee shall be processed and paid by the buyer.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Free shipping is available for orders over specific amount based on shipping location.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your shipment through the Gogo Xpress platform or app.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@cleanearthproj.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and gift cards, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product description for specific return eligibility.
Process for Returns:

Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
