Eligibility for Returns:

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and gift cards, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product description for specific return eligibility.
Process for Returns:

- Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
